Chidimma is a junior at Eleanor Roosevelt High School from Beltsville, Maryland. In her school, she serves as president of her debate team, founder of her school’s first Future Healthcare Professionals Club, and vice president of the Science National Honor Society. When she isn’t in school, you can find her developing her youth leadership organization in her community, mentoring girls who want to go into STEM fields, or researching health disparities in the U.S. As a sister, daughter, future mother, and aspiring doctor, Chidimma’s mission is to end the tragic rates of maternal complications and deaths in the U.S. and ensure that every single woman has the opportunity to receive safe and adequate maternal healthcare. In her free time, Chidimma likes to watch action movies, try a great recipe, or read a good book.
