I am a junior from Orange County, California. My passions include tutoring low-income communities and being an active part of Relay for Life, which provides support for those touched by cancer. I have an interest in working with disadvantaged women and underprivileged youths.
My HERlead Project: HEART (Healthy Emotions and Relationships for Teenagers)
My project will end the cycle of unhealthy emotions in teenagers and bring attention to the problem of domestic abuse by emphasizing the importance of avoiding dangerous relationships, and by offering ways for teenagers to seek additional help and resources.
