Jessica

Jessica is a junior at Glenlyon Norfolk School in Victoria, Canada. She is passionate about mental health and harm reduction because she saw the impact of the opioid crisis in her community. She recognizes the importance of conversation and education, which is why she founded “This is: Harm Reduction,” a community project aimed at educating youth about the significance of de-stigmatization, harm reduction strategies, and naloxone training. Jessica volunteers with a number of local youth councils and loves participating in debate, Model UN, and theater. She is a student leader in the area of community service because of her work with numerous local philanthropic organizations. Jessica is looking to pursue a career in business and political science. On any given day, you can find her either crossing things off her color-coordinated to-do list or jamming out to country music.
