I am a junior at Glen Rock High School in northern New Jersey. I am a competitive dancer and the print editor-in-chief of my school’s newspaper. Using my passion for journalism, I started a newspaper club for 5th and 6th graders, where the tuition for the course is a new suitcase for a foster child.
My HERlead Project: Carry-On With the News
My project will provide journalism courses to fourth and fifth graders in Glen Rock, New Jersey, the tuition cost of which will be a suitcase for a foster child in the area.
