I am a junior from Rock Island, Illinois. I have been involved in tackling hunger in my area for over four years, and I want other teens to know that they can take the lead and make a difference.

My HERlead Project: YOUTH TACKLE HUNGER

My HERlead Project will tackle the food insecurities of youth in my community through meal package events. Youth Tackle Hunger will also create a website that provides youth-friendly food resources and logistical information on hosting packaging events for other organizations looking to tackle hunger.
