Carisa

I am a junior from New York and a New York City adventurer who loves challenging myself, exploring, kayaking and running. I am an innovator who loves robotics, computer science, conducting research, cooking and inspiring other youth leaders to “pay it forward”. I consider myself a trailblazer who believes that surrounding myself with like-minded individuals is the best way to tackle problems, design creative solutions and turn my ideas into reality.

My HERlead Project: CYBERSENSIBILITY

I will reduce and ultimately eliminate cyberbullying by providing informative, low-cost lesson plans to teach the difference between teasing and bullying, especially in middle schools, as part of my HERlead Project.
