Alana
All my life I have been passionate about three things: music, sports and social action. I play the piano and I sing, along with snowboarding, playing volleyball, basketball and soccer. Every Sunday, I work with the special needs community in my area, and seeing the looks on the participants’ faces brings me the most joy. I am also a part of a slots no deposit teen grant-giving group, and we do our own fundraising, allocating the funds to organizations we are passionate about. In the future, I see myself doing something in the field of social action.
My HERlead Project: Theatre Connection
My project will pair high school volunteers and teens with special needs, and together they will create and perform an original play in their community.
