I am a junior at Columbia University, studying political science and business management. On campus, I am a member of the Multicultural Recruitment Committee, Columbia’s Mentor Initiative and PREP, which is tutoring incarcerated youth. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, I’ve been exposed to the inequalities within urbanism. As a result, my greatest passions are community outreach, women’s rights, education and law. My motto is “dare to dream!” I hope to one day travel the world promoting social justice, peace building and uniting marginalized communities.

My HERlead Project: WERise Network

My HERlead Project will expand my network of women leaders, specifically women of color, and create a new leadership pipeline to 10 college campuses in order to connect these mentors with the next generation of corporate and civic women leaders.
