I am a junior at Syosset High School in Long Island, New York. I am fascinated by the social sciences, African American culture and sociology. I also enjoy participating in the Model Congress and Forensics Speech and Debate clubs, which encourage me to express my opinion while listening to others.
My HERlead Project: WEEKDAY WELLNESS
My HERlead Project will establish an after school program in middle schools to initiate education on mental health and its importance by providing yoga sessions, nutrition workshops and guided meditation.
